POETRY BY YASMEEN OWENS
Creation of Darkness Lens
Darkness can cover everything in its path
Only seeing a dim light that is left
Standing in the darkness trying
To guide the lost soul to its domain
Darkness is quiet, peaceful, easy
Darkness is the creation of its own life
Children of the night, born with black blood and fair skin
Darkness is forgiving, Darkness is cruel
As it now cloaks with soul.
In the dawn of Twilight
She will rise like the moon
With her eyes looking into a world
That is always spreading lies
Remember the gunpowder, treason
Chaos consumed the lost soul of
The light what horror awaits them
Now will this be the end
Of the night?
